DepEd SSHS Update: Starting SY 2026–2027, all Grade 11 learners follow the Strengthened SHS Curriculum. The SSHS offers two main tracks — Academic and Technical-Professional (TechPro) — with flexible elective clusters tailored to each student's goals and career plans.

What is the new Strengthened SHS (SSHS)? +
The Strengthened SHS (SSHS) is DepEd's updated Senior High School curriculum, fully implemented for SY 2026–2027. It features two tracks — Academic and Technical-Professional (TechPro) — with flexible elective clusters students choose based on their interests and career goals.
What SHS tracks does Hercor offer? +
Under the SSHS, Hercor offers Academic Track clusters (STEM, Business and Entrepreneurship, Arts/Social Sciences and Humanities, Sports/Health and Wellness) and TechPro Track clusters (ICT and Computer Programming, Hospitality and Tourism, Contact Center Services, Agri-Fishery, Aesthetic and Wellness, Creative Arts and Design).
What is GASTPE and how do I avail it? +
GASTPE (Government Assistance to Students and Teachers in Private Education) is a government subsidy available for incoming Grade 7 students. It reduces tuition cost significantly. Slots are limited — enroll early and ask the Front Office about GASTPE registration upon enrollment.
Is there an assessment test upon enrollment? +
Yes. The assessment test (P100.00 fee) is taken after enrollment is processed — not before. It applies to incoming Grade 7, Grade 11, and transferee students. The test evaluates knowledge, skills, and learning strengths to guide proper placement and support.
