📋 About the Assessment Test

The assessment test is scheduled upon enrollment. Once you are officially enrolled, that's the time you can take the exam. The assessment is administered to evaluate knowledge, skills, and identify strengths and areas for growth for incoming Grade 7, Grade 11, and transferees.

Requirements for New Students

Incoming Grade 7 & Incoming Grade 11

  • SF9 (Learner's Report Card) Must have a General Average of 80% and above
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character
  • 2 pcs. — 2x2 Colored ID Picture
  • Colored Copy of PSA Authenticated Birth Certificate
  • 1 pc. Long White Folder
  • ESC Certificate / Voucher Certificate For incoming Grade 11 students from private schools only

Prepare Your Documents

Gather all the required documents listed above. Make sure your SF9 reflects a general average of at least 80%.

Visit the Front Office

Go to Hercor College Main Campus, Lawa-an, Roxas City. Proceed to the Front Office to submit your requirements and process your enrollment.

Take the Assessment Test

Once you are officially enrolled, you will be scheduled for the assessment test. The test fee is ₱100.00. Bring your SF9/Report Card as reference.

Requirements for Transferees

Students transferring from another school

  • SF9 (Learner's Report Card) Must have a General Average of 80% and above
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character

Currently enrolled Hercor students (Grades 8 – 12)

  • SF9 (Learner's Report Card) Must have a General Average of 80% and above
  • Application for Admission Available at the Front Office
  • Student's Clearance Signed and completed from all departments

Complete Your Clearance

Secure your signed student clearance from all relevant departments and offices before proceeding.

Get Your Application Form

Pick up an Application for Admission form at the Front Office and fill it out completely.

Submit your SF9, completed application form, and clearance at the Front Office to finalize your re-enrollment.

You're Enrolled!

Once your documents are complete and verified, you are officially re-enrolled for SY 2026–2027. Welcome back, Jaguar!
